5.4   We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requiring us to disclose the identity or other                  details of any person posting material to this Website in breach of Paragraph 5.2.

9. Miscellaneous



9.1   If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, including, but not limited          to, the above disclaimers and liability limitations, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be replaced            by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the                    Agreement will continue in effect.

9.2   Unless otherwise specified, this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and us with respect to the use of              the Website and it supersedes all prior communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and            us with respect to the use of the Website.

10. Governing jurisdiction



10.1   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with                  these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Complaints Policy

You, our clients are at the heart of everything we do, and we take great pride in this fact. We are committed to providing a ‘best of breed’ service and your views and feedback are imperative in order to know we are on the right track and to enhancing our offering. However, we recognise we may sometimes fall short of your expectations, so if you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our service, we would like to hear from you accordingly. We want to:

How long will it take?

We will aim to resolve your complaint straight away but if we can't we will write to you within 5 business days to tell you:
  • Why we have not resolved your complaint
  • Who is dealing with your complaint
  • When we intend to contact you again
We will usually resolve your complaint quickly, but if it is complex it may take longer. We will keep you informed on a regular basis but if you need an update please call us on the number above and ask to speak to the person dealing with your complaint.

If we cannot reach agreement with you within 8 weeks and your complaint relates to our credit brokerage service we will:
  • Send a letter giving our reasons for the delay and an indication of when we expect to provide a final decision OR
  • Issue our final decision letter which will explain our final position
Our aim is to resolve all credit brokerage related complaints internally. However, if after receiving our final decision letter or 8 weeks have passed you may have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
